Many people ask for advice, agree to the suggested actions, but then do not follow through.  100% of what you don’t do won’t help you!  Whether you know you need to make a follow up phone call, do some prospecting calls, deal with an aggrieved client, do a performance review, get clarity around your business strategy, upgrade a capital item, or take a holiday….if you don’t take the action, the benefit will not be realised.  Stop procrastinating!  Commit and DO!
