Business Development

Business Development is more than just sales activity.  It's about cultivating partnerships and developing commercial relationships, it's about identifying markets for your products and in some cases, redefining your product or service.  It's about the ideas, initiatives and activities that contribute to make your business better whether it be growing revenue, business expansion, increasing profitability or strategically positioning your business for sale. I will work with your Chief Revenue Officer, Sales and Marketing Manager and CEO along with your Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives to create and implement a robust Business Development strategy.
