Change Management builds or shakes a company at its core
Restructuring a business is one of many tools to effect change within an organisation. Refocusing a company can be amazingly effective in engaging team members and delivering the bottom line. Change projects are difficult to be managed from within as the person managing the process is often part of the problem. It is also difficult to identify just how much change is required; is it a 5% correction or a 180 degree turn? The answer is easier to see by someone who is not emotionally engaged.
I offer change management, transformation and organisational development advice. It is important to quickly get abreast of what is occurring and implement solutions in a time efficient and effective manner. Getting bogged down with lengthy scenario planning is not desirable, I am more interested in getting change enacted and the benefits of change realised. Risk is identified but it is important not to be risk adverse.
Change management is often used as a tool of last resort. It can be more effective when it is applied as an early intervention.
