I have an expectation of the level of professional service my clients should receive from their specialist advisors. This has led me to working with a cross section of professional service providers to improve their service delivery, their business model and their profitability along with brand presence, strategy, succession plans and merger & acquisition fulfillment. Accountants, financial planners, mortgage brokers, financial institutions, insurance companies and brokers, IT providers and researchers make up my client list in the professional service arena.
