If management is easy, leadership is more complex. Leadership not only keeps a finger on the pulse, it breathes life into the pulse by providing a vision of what is to be achieved and how to go about it. Leadership allows others to do the doing, but ensures that expectation is set and fulfilled. A true leader allows others to shine, but at the same time will take responsibility when they don’t.
