Corporate model of business can benefit from being less corporate

Before I found my feet in the entrepreneurial world, I had a successful career within corporates.  My consulting experience with SMEs, Governments and sizeable privately held companies has allowed me to work with corporates to be more nimble, client focused, proactive, responsive and leaner.  I have had excellent success in improving leadership teams, minimising bureaucracy, improving company culture and productivity.  It starts with the leaders in the organisation, and I am not scared to tell them their pedigree as I see it!
