I take a 'non techie' approach to strategise the inputs of an ISSP (Information System Strategic Plan) or Business Case, and identify the outputs required to meet the strategic imperatives of the organisation.
There is often a disconnect between the timelines and budget of The Business and those of the IT Project Team. I can break down the Developer and Project Manager jargon of the likes of waterfall, SCRUM, and Six Sigma, and get the Project Team to work alongside the bigger organisational objectives...without the 'language barrier'.
Whether your IT project is based around a solution to a business problem or a belief that capacity or scale will be achievable through the implementation of the project, I am capable of moving individuals and teams along the journey.
