Finance sector often hides behind its compliance requirements rather than seizing the opportunity

Trading Banks, Non Banks, Co-operatives, mortgage brokers, finance houses, and credit card providers make up my current and past client list.  Much of my involvement has been at a strategic level with projects covering merger and acquisitions, rebranding and repositioning, strategic human resources, restructuring, strategic planning and senior management mentoring.  I have a good grasp of risk mitigation, compliance to regulatory requirements, competitor threat, balance sheet optimisation, route to market strategies along with customer facing initiatives.
